Effective Microorganism (EM) Formulation
Custom Formulation
Bioremediation
Brio Life Sciences involves in formulate the bacteria and fungus combination by customized to meet the needs and demands in certain industries especially in bioremediation process. We believe that improving the beneficial microorganism strain resides in problematic site can be more effective than lab culture. Such bacterial culture or fungus or combined form could be more active in bioremediation. We have capacity to isolate and standardize the parameters to enhance the EM population in the site.
Soil Fertility and Crop Protection
The soil is so differ not only in physically and chemically but also in biologically. The microbiome and their quality will be differ in soil. Crops always needs mutual microorganisms to induce the plant growth. The EM formulation can be derived in specific agriculture land and attempt to enhance the population of beneficial microorganisms.
Insect pathogens are not harmful to all insect pests, they are specific to induce the diseased condition in insects. Even some pathogens could be harmful to beneficial insects. Hence there is need to use the specific pest pathogens against crop feeding insects. Brio Life Sciences deals the selection of bacteria/fungus/combination according to insect pest for specific attack.

Ohmic Technology
Ohmic heating technology has vast applications by providing rapid and uniform heat to the material. The applications are blanching, evaporation, dehydration, pasteurization and extraction. The traditional heating method in food processing takes the time increase the temperature at this cold point may over process the remaining particles and the surrounding liquid. This over processing leads to a destruction of nutrients and decreased flavor. Ohmic technology can be used to generate heat within the product, transforming the electrical energy into thermal energy and thus heating materials at exceptionally rapid rates without the need for a heating medium or surface. This process avoids excessive thermal damage to heat resistant substances, such as vitamins and pigments.
Our experienced team handle the projects in food processing, compound and oil extraction. We sure that such a technology could be extend its applications based our own desires.

Cryo Preservation
The process of stabilizing biological materials at cryogenic temperatures is called cryopreservation; a practical application of Cryobiology is "the study of the effect of freezing and low temperatures on living organisms". A basic principal of cryobiology is that the extent of freezing damage depends on the amount of free water in the system and the ability of that water to crystallize during freezing. Advances in cryopreservation is where viable cells and tissues are preserved using appropriate cryoprotectants by cooling to low temperatures, typically such as 77 k or - 196oC (the boiling point of LN2). At these low temperatures, any biological activity, including the biochemical reactions that would lead to cell death, is effectively stopped. The objective of cryopreservation is to minimize damage to biological materials, including semen, animal tissues, organs, mammalian cells, lymphocytes, cartilages, bone marrow, primary cells, cell lines, microorganisms, plant cells, small multicellular organisms, complex cellular structures such as embryos, as well as nucleic acid and proteins can be stored by using proper cryomedium. Cryopreservation provides a continuous source or stock of tissues and genetically stable living cells for a variety of purposes, including research and biomedical processes. Optimization of extender and cryoprotectants is a challenging task, as elevated concentration may cause cytotoxicity. The cryomedium has to be standardized as to mimic the natural media constituents according to the biological material’s type and requirement for long-term storage.
Brio Life Sciences cover the research for the optimization of cryopreserve the following,
- Microorganism storage
- Seed Bank
- Proin facilisis quam
- Artificial insemination
- Conservation of endangered plant species
- Biodiversity conservation
- Natural compounds such as pigments, proteins and secondary metabolites

Plant Tissue Culture
The compounds from medicinal plants are natural remedies for many diseases but many of plant species becomes rare and difficult to grow at normal condition. Brio Life Sciences involves in plant tissue culture technique to enhance the medicinally important plants in short time and deals the optimization of plant growth parameters. Moreover, we try to customize the efficient bioreactor and operation for large-scale application of plant tissue and cell cultures for the production of pharmaceuticals.
